Olivia is an NASM certified personal trainer, pilates instructor, fitness nutrition specialist & corrective excercise specialist. Having always believed that changing your routine yields the best results, she began developing a fitness regimen that would be energizing, build esteem, and, hopefully, be fun. Within a year, Fit By O was born.
David is an Army Vet and an actor who has been involved in fitness for many years. As a recent stroke survivor he has realized how important being physically fit has been to his recovery. He brings a unique perspective to his teaching and enjoys working with people of all fitness levels and to help them reach their goals.
