Olivia is an NASM certified personal trainer, pilates instructor, fitness nutrition specialist & corrective excercise specialist. Having always believed that changing your routine yields the best results, she began developing a fitness regimen that would be energizing, build esteem, and be fun. Within a year, Fit By O was born.
David is an Army Vet and an actor who has been involved in fitness for many years. As a recent stroke survivor he has realized how important being physically fit has been to his recovery. He brings a unique perspective to his teaching and enjoys working with people of all fitness levels and to help them reach their goals.
So grateful to have found Olivia. Her Tuesday/Thursday morning boot camp is challenging and fun and has been a great way to mix up my regular workouts. My overall strength and body composition has noticeably improved in the short time I've been going. The added plus is that she is SUPER NICE but firm. Can't do better than her

I just started Olivia's boot camp a few months ago, and I love it. It is the perfect combination of challenging, interesting, motivating and fun, and did I say challenging? Olivia keeps the pace moving throughout the class, constantly mixes up the exercises to keep us all on our toes, is tough while also encouraging, and has put together a warm and welcoming group of people to sweat with.
